| Writs of Garnishment | $100.00 |

| Writs of Sequestration | $100.00 |
| Order of Sale | $100.00 |
| All other Civil Process | $60.00 |

| Service Fees: The above listed service fees are for each civil paper attempted or served. For example, if you have a Citation and a separate Precept to be served on the same person. The fee would be $120.00 for the attempt or completed service of that set of papers. If you can combine your service to where there would be only one "Return or Affidavit" to fill out, the fee would only be $60.00. Please call if you have any questions. Payment: We do not accept personal checks. Individuals must remit payment in the form of a Money Order. Law Offices and Businesses may use company checks.
